This year, we have budgeted a total of $2000 per Community Evening (two per year), plus $250 for training days, and $240 for recruitment and marketing. However, this is an extremely conservative estimate and we will still be running a budget deficit, as we currently have no funding confirmed to come in. Therefore we would greatly appreciate a generous amount of $1000 per Community Evening (or $2000 total for the year). This works out to be approximately $33 per person, given that we will have approximately 20 consultants in trimester 1, 25 consultants in trimester 2 and 15 executive members for the whole year (60 total members for the year).
