Event details
So far, we have advertised our meditation sessions in the salient magazine. There is another well-being club which has kindly promoted them too. I have created a preliminary poster (on microsoft word) and put it up around campus. I have contacted mauri ora and the rec centre, asking them to promote us, but have not received word back. We have decided to re-brand before pushing out more promotion. Our new brand name will be “Mind-Well”. We have a graphic designer who will create a logo and stickers/posters/flyers for us detailing the meditation timetable. We would like to set up a stall during mental health awareness week, offering chai tea and stickers to promote our club’s free meditation sessions under the new brand. We will also follow up with other university bodies (including the aforementioned ones) for further reach. We have a facebook page which will be updated, and hope that with increased awareness, we will find a new social media manager to create and manage an instagram page. We will then connect our social media pages through other university instagram pages (such as rec centre and clubs).
