Event details

PLSS is planning to run a Study & Wellbeing Retreat for our first year Pasifika Law Students. We are planning to run this event in the mid-trimester break in order to provide an uplifting and motivating experience to our students who are often struggling with the pressure of University at this time. The retreat will include study skills workshops, wellbeing workshops, individual and group study sessions and fun group activities to promote bonding between our students. The workshops will be run by our executive team in collaboration with our mentors. The purpose of this retreat is to engage with our Pasifika Law Students and provide them a safe space to reflect on their studies, recharge for the next load of study, and nurture their holistic wellbeing considering cultural, spiritual, mental, emotional and physical needs. This project will be promoted across our social media platforms, at Pasifika events, and around the law school in collaboration with the coordinators. More details will be included in our cover letter.
