Event details
We will promote our weekly sessions to our members in multiple ways. Firstly, for our current members, we send out a weekly email updating them on exactly what events are happening that week. This is supplemented by regular posts on our club Facebook page. To promote the events to new members, we use our social media pages as well as take part in the clubs expo and other on campus events. In particular, the clubs expos at the beginning of each trimester allow us to meet large numbers of new students and promoting our events. If the funding is received, we will mention in our emails and promotion that the funding for the balls was provided by the university.
