Event details
As this is the chain of events that will promote Vietnamese culture, we will start promoting it from the beginning of June 2021 throughout our social media platform. We also have contact with some clubs in order to collaborate and plan for help in the promotion. For all the events in our “series”, we will officially start by promoting on our social media including Facebook and Instagram. Furthermore, we will inform our members through their email address about our upcoming events. We will also design posters, flyers to spread the word around VUW campuses. Additionally, we are going to receive media support from other student associations at VUW as we discussed and agreed, in exchange for promoting their events. Last but not least, word of mouth also plays an important role in gathering participants which we are doing our best to enhance the number of participants not only in VUW but also in the Vietnamese Community in Wellington. A series of events promoting our culture will need a lot of promotion from various sides and we are on our way to achieve our target.
